PSA: Indulgence is still important! As we look to become our best and healthiest self I have a message to share with you today… Don’t forget to indulge yourself! I know diets won’t tell you this, which is why I don’t believe in any restrictive diets! If you already follow along on Instagram then you are already aware of my sweet tooth. Today I am sharing healthy indulgences that taste amazing because life wouldn’t be as sweet with some treats!

Energy Balls

Energy Balls are amazing because they are the perfect size and are super filling! There are many variations but I’ve included my favorite version below. What kind of versions can you create? I say, figure out what you are craving and then figure out which recipe will satisfy your sweet tooth! Make them ahead for the week and store in the fridge for easy grab and go healthy snacking.

Protein Smoothies

The key to an amazing protein smoothie is the frozen banana! I use half a frozen banana and chocolate protein powder because I love chocolate. With so many varieties of protein powder you can easily dream up new delicious protein smoothie recipes. No Brainer Treats

How about some no brainer treats and reader faves! Here a few ideas to switch up your typical healthy indulgences:

Raspberries with dark cholate chip in the middle

Frozen green grapes

Apple nachos- apples sliced and drizzled with peanut butter, chocolate chips, coconut or granola

Favorite Things for Healthy Snacking

I love my new mini chopper for making the energy balls and easy chopping during dinnertime. My Vitamix is also a kitchen appliance I use for all of my smoothies, soups, homemade sauces, milks and more! I’ve also included my favorite protein powder and bento boxes because they have made getting healthy this year so much more enjoyable.
