I created this recipe because I LOOOVE Watermelon so much! Plus making an grownup slushie just sounded so fun. Had to, so enjoy!

No Delay

No delays today, I want you to make this for your next party ASAP! Here goes:

You Will Need:

Simple fresh ingredients!
The sweeter the better!
Freezing the watermelon cubes makes the perfect slushie texture!

4 cups Watermelon cubed and frozen (seedless)

1 cup Lime Perrier frozen into cubes

1/4 cup Vodka cold

1 tablespoon or less honey

Juice of lime

Fresh mint leaves

Yields 4 cocktails

  1. About 4 hours before serving, cut up 4 cups of fresh and sweet watermelon into cubes then pop in the freezer until frozen through.
  2. At the same time, pour 1 cup Lime Perrier into an ice cube tray (mine made 6 regular sized ice cubes). Freeze until frozen through about 4 hours.
  3. Remove frozen watermelon and Perrier from freezer and add to blender along with 1/4 cup Vodka a squeeze of fresh lime juice, and some honey (approx 1 tablespoon or less depending on how sweet your watermelon is!). Blend until slushi-ly smoooth!
  4. Pour into 4 cups, garnish with another squeeze of fresh lime and a mint leaf. Pop in some cute straws and head to the pool… you’re ready to get your summertime fun on!
