  • 1 1/3 cup almonds whole unsalted
  • 4 cups cold filtered water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 dates pitted

Instructions
 

  • 1. Soak almonds over night (10-12 hours) in a large bowl of water then drain and rinse with cold water.
    2. Add almonds, water, salt, and dates to high speed blender and blend for 2 minutes until completely smooth.
    3. Pour almond milk into a lidded glass jar and store in fridge. Replace after 5 days.
